There are three views of the software resources on or supported by the Loop.
Software is often duplicated in different views.

1. Web View (User view)
• Kete (See the computers in your school that need software updates)
• Software updates: This site. (See all the software updates held by the Loop)
• Sample Menus (See links to different software and resources around the world)

2. Browsing View (Administrator view)

• Software Updates
  • Portable backup (USB3 Hard disk drive that can move between schools/ also acts a backup/ Synchronised with the main resource)
• Applications (CDrom's and resources)

• WSUS (Windows Updates Services) folders

3. Database View (Management view)
   • Kete (FPinger database- One for each participating schools. Restricted views)
   • Software: Software Loop SQL table. dbo.software.
   • WSUS: Microsoft WSUS internal database.
